"This is the Police Department"
"Hello, yes I wanted to report a man, one of my neighbors... he is creating a um hazardous condition... could you send a car out to talk to him please?
"What is going on?"
"Well this man... he is standing on top of an office chair, which is standing on top of a minivan and he is cutting down a pine tree with a chainsaw"
*stifled laughter* "A unit is on its way."
